Increase Your Printing Vocabulary

Terms used in the printing industry can be confusing. Some date back to the 15th century when Johannes Gutenberg invented the printing press with replaceable wooden or metal letters. Current new terms keep getting shortened to strings of letters (CTP, CYMK, PSD, etc.). Our list of printing terms contains the basic lingo you need to translate Printese to English.
